  • Ajar is an online real estate management platform and payments solution provider. By clicking the pay button you agree to pay Ajar Service Fees listed on the payment page for using Ajar service.
  • The Tenant authorizes Ajar to deliver his rent and other payments on his behalf to his landlord.
  • Ajar promises confidentiality on behalf of landlords and tenants information. Check our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • I agree that I'm a Tenant with a provided landlord.
  • The Tenant is entirely liable for submitting all his landlord information details correctly.
  • The Tenant is entirely liable for submitting the date of collection for which month specified.
  • The Tenant is entirely liable for submitting the correct bank details of his official landlord collector.
  • Ajar service fees apply to some payment methods (check the fee amount after you select the desired payment method).
  • If the transaction is successful, the payment will be deposited in the landlord's account within 3 business days.
  • Only cards with a 3D secured protection are accepted.
  • Tenants/Payers using Ajar’s service are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.
  • Cards used in paying through the online payment gateway on Ajar must belong to the Tenant/Payer. Otherwise, the Tenant/Payer must obtain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.
  • The Tenant/Payer is entirely liable for paying an invoice via our online payment options after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • VAT on Ajar fees is applicable.
